Shop Early
Our pieces are handmade with sustainability in mind, which means we maintain limited stock. Many items, especially rings, are not always available in all sizes but can be made to order just for you.
Some of our designs have already sold out, so don’t wait too long. Secure your favorite treasures from your wish list early to avoid disappointment!
Christmas Delivery
For delivery by Christmas, please make the order as soon as possible. You can find our cut-off times below - your order should be on time if it is ordered by these dates. Please note, that we cannot guarantee a timely delivery if our shipping partners experience problems during transport. These are beyond our control.

Personal Pickup and Shopping at NURA showroom
If you have missed the deadlines for Christmas delivery, you can still pick up your orders at our showroom in Bratislava or book a private shopping at NURA showroom. Find all the details about the showroom in the article Christmas x NURA showroom.
Extended Exchange Period
All orders made between 25th November and 31st December can be exchanged* by 14th January 2026. So if your Christmas gift is not in the correct size or to your/their liking you can replace it with something you or they will love and treasure. Just email us at [email protected] by January 14th and we will email you the instructions.
*an exchange is only possible for a product/products of the same or higher value, and only if the original product has not been worn.

We Don’t Do Sales
For those in doubt, we don’t do sales. We are a small business and we are committed to providing you with high-quality products at fair prices throughout the year. We want you to know that the price you pay for our products reflects their true value, and you won't find inflated prices that are then heavily discounted.
Ready to be gifted
Each and every piece of jewellery you order at NURA always comes in a nice box or a pouch, ready to be gifted right away. It is hand wrapped with a cotton ribbon and no price tags are attached so that it can be gifted right away.
Made to Order?
While in-stock pieces ship in 1-2 business days, Made-To-Order items take 4-6 weeks to make. Our jewellers will do their best to make your Made-To-Order piece in time, but we cannot guarantee delivery by 24.12. for orders placed after 18.11.
If you do want to place an order for a not-in-stock item after this date, please email [email protected] first. We will confirm, whether we can still make and deliver your piece until Christmas. For some items, the production times are shorter. :)
