1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed by customers (“you”) with NURA s.r.o. [company number: 50 969 773] (“NURA,” “we,” or “us”) through our website nura.design.
1.2 By using nura.design or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
1.3 You must be at least 18 years old and not under legal guardianship to shop on nura.design.
1.4 Products listed on nura.design are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If an item is unavailable, we may offer a substitute of equal value or refund your payment.
1.5 NURA may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply. If you do not agree with any updated version, please stop using our website.
2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 Product descriptions on nura.design are invitations to order, not legally binding offers. NURA may set specific conditions for sales campaigns.
2.2 To place an order, you must:
- Add items to your shopping bag.
- Enter delivery and payment details.
- Accept these Terms.
Your contract with NURA is concluded once you receive an Order Confirmation email.
2.3 Ownership of goods remains with NURA until full payment and settlement of all claims. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly and refund any payments made using the original method unless otherwise agreed. NURA reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
3. Prices & Delivery Charges
All prices are in Euros (€) and exclude delivery. Delivery fees range from €3–€15 depending on order size and delivery method. Fees are displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery
4.1 General
We ship only to home or office addresses and Packeta pick-up points; P.O. boxes are not accepted. Delivery is via third-party courier.
4.2 In-Stock Items
- Standard delivery: 1–7 business days
- Maximum delivery: 30 days
- If delivery exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
4.3 Made-to-Order Items
Each piece is crafted after you place and pay for your order. The stated delivery time includes production, so total delivery may exceed 30 days. The estimated timeframe for production and shipping appears at checkout and in your confirmation email (usually 4–6 weeks).
4.4 Delays

5. Cancellations & Returns
5.1 Right to Cancel
You may cancel or return items within 14 calendar days of delivery (cooling-off period). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Refunds include standard delivery costs but exclude return shipping. For partial cancellations, delivery costs are non-refundable. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in original packaging.
5.2 Exclusions
Personalized or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
5.3 Faulty Items
Notify us immediately at [email protected]. We will repair, replace, or refund within 14 days.
6. Returns Procedure
6.1 Contact customer service by emailing [email protected] to receive return instructions.
6.2 Use original packaging where possible and keep proof of postage. NURA is not responsible for damage during return shipping.
6.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of shipment.
7. Payment
7.1 By placing an order on nura.design, you enter into a binding agreement to purchase. You are obligated to pay the full price of the products and any applicable delivery fees. Orders cannot be canceled or ignored without our consent.
7.2 Payments can be made by:
- Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Bank wire transfer
- Cash, either on delivery via courier/post (Cash on Delivery) or in-person at our showroom.
7.3 Payment is required in full before dispatch for online orders, unless paying via cash on delivery. Ownership of the goods remains with NURA until full payment has been received.
7.4 We do not accept cheques or other forms of payment not listed above.
7.5 All payments are processed securely, and your financial information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
8.1 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for matters where it would be unlawful to do so.
8.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits).
8.3 Our liability for any other loss is limited to the total price of your order.
8.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
9. Product Colour & Display
We aim to display product colours accurately, but minor differences may occur due to device settings. Website images are illustrative only.
10. Warranty
10.1 Coverage
NURA offers a 2-year limited warranty on all jewellery purchased from nura.design. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects affecting functionality or structural integrity.
10.2 What is Covered
Faulty clasps, loose or missing settings, structural issues affecting proper use.
10.3 What is NOT Covered
Normal wear and tear (scratches, patina, minor dents, broken chains), gold or silver plating wearing off, misuse, improper handling, accidents, exposure to chemicals/cosmetics/water beyond recommended care, loss or theft, unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications.
10.4 Making a Claim
Email [email protected] with proof of purchase, clear photos showing the defect, and detailed description of the issue.
10.5 Resolution
If the warranty claim is approved, NURA may repair, replace, or provide store credit if the item is discontinued.
10.6 Important
NURA reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if evidence shows damage was caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Manufacturing defects generally become apparent within 6 months of purchase. Damage or breakage after this period is usually considered normal wear or misuse and is not covered.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All content, designs, and trademarks on nura.design remain the property of NURA s.r.o. or NURA London Ltd.
11.2 Use of the website or its content is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes only.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (linked on nura.design) is part of these Terms. By ordering, you consent to how we collect and process your data in accordance with GDPR.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Slovak law for purchases made via nura.design.
